1. About these terms

spoontle.com is run by Mohamed Adan, based in Ireland (“Spoontle”, “we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected].

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

2. Using the site

You can use this site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don’t:

  • sign up anyone other than yourself, or use an email address you don’t own
  • try to get around the bot check, overload the site, or interfere with how it works
  • scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the site with automated tools

3. The waitlist

  • Joining the waitlist is free. You must be 16 or over.
  • It lets us tell you when Spoontle launches. It doesn’t guarantee a launch date, early access, specific features, or pricing.
  • You can leave any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by emailing [email protected].
  • We may remove sign-ups that look fake, automated or abusive.

4. Our content

The Spoontle name, logo, illustrations, icons, text and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please don’t reuse them without asking first.

5. Not health advice

Anything on this site about recipes, ingredients or nutrition is general information. It isn’t medical, dietary or nutritional advice. If you have allergies, a health condition, or specific dietary needs, talk to a qualified professional.

6. Availability and changes

We provide this site as it is and may change, pause or remove it, or any part of it, at any time. We’ll try to keep it working, but we can’t promise it’ll always be available or error-free.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by law, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we aren’t liable for any loss that wasn’t a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms, or for any business losses. This is a free website, so please use it with that in mind.

8. Links to other sites

If we link to other websites, we’re not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

9. Privacy

Our privacy notice explains what we collect and how we use it.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Law

These terms are governed by Irish law. If you’re a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of any mandatory laws of your country. Disputes can be brought in the courts of Ireland, or in your own country’s courts if you’re an EU consumer.
